The pre-selection of the contestants, for each category, will take place exclusively only through video.
Video submissions must contain the full work being entered into the competition.
The video filming may be effected either in rehearsal or performance.
In every case, the video must be of good quality, in order to be admissible to the competition.
The results of the Preliminary Selection phase will be communicated to competitors by way by electronic mail by 15th August, 2020.

• Jury members of the World Festival of Art are selected from among renown personalities
in the field of classical music, song, ballet and choreography.
The jury names will be announced one day after the closing date,
15th August, 2020
• The jury’s decision is irrevocable. The Jury is tasked with selecting the competitors during the Semi-finals and Finals,
choosing the winners of the competition and assigning the prizes as stipulated by the rules and regulations,
and participating in the Award Presentation Evening. Candidates and their representatives may not solicit further
justification or explanations from Jury members, as regards the decision(s) of the Jury.

RULES
The organizing committee “Crystal of ART” has the right by law and undeniable to use and widespread media
channels on line and printed on paper (free and recognition of copyright) of all video, photo, press media and audio material,
which will be recorded across all global activity Art Festival from 1-5 September 2020.
Deadline for all registrations, conduction of audio video materials, changes in relation to the participants, creations and
application forms will not be accepted later than 20 days before the start of the World Festival Competition,
as of the date limit 15 August 2020 .

• Presentare i risultati artistici di diverse culture e forme
d’arte: musica classica, canto vari generi e la coreografia ed il balletto.
• Per generare interessanti opportunità per lo scambio di esperienze e d’informazioni tra persone,
culture, artisti e creatori.
• Dare la possibilità di condividere l’arte di un certo calibro e creare una grande connessione tra i partecipanti
e il pubblico, il concorso è aperto ad artisti di qualsiasi nazionalità.
• Scoprire e sostenere i nuovi talenti e dare loro una direzione per un percorso creativo e di lavoro futuro.
• Creare opportunità di nuovi legami e di amicizie tra I partecipanti in questo evento internazionale.
• Promuovere la preziosa storia dell’Albania e condividere con i partecipanti le bellezze culturali,
turistiche e naturali di questo paese.
• Sviluppare contatti internazionali e in tutto il mondo tra i membri
del festival: I concorrenti, artisti, giudici e spettatori.
• Creare un ambiente di mentalità aperta per stimolare lo scambio di idee diverse, concetti che il

SCADENZA 15 Luglio 2020
• La preselezione in fase eliminatoria dei concorrenti per ogni categoria, sarà effettuato
solo attraverso il video ( Sezione per tutto il Resto del Mondo ) Le video in gara devono contenere solo ed esclusivamente le opere complete in competizione.
Il video può essere effettuato sia durante le prove in sala che durante Spettacoli dal Vivo in scena.
In ogni caso, il video deve essere di buona qualità, e rispettare il tempo della durata concesso per la competizione.
I risultati della fase di pre-selezione saranno comunicati ai concorrenti via e-mail dal 15 Agosto 2018.
• Per le pre-selezioni dal vivo per la fase eliminatoria in Europa si svolgerà Tre fasi selettive da comunicare:

– Kosova / Europa dell’Est
– Italia / Europa Centrale

GIURIA
• I membri della Giuria del World Festival Competition “Crystal of Art” sono scelti tra personalità di fama
nel campo della musica classica, canto, danza e coreografia.
I nomi della Giuria saranno resi noti un giorno dopo la data di chiusura, 16 Agosto 2020
• Il giudizio della giuria è inappellabile. La giuria ha il compito di selezionare i concorrenti durante le Eliminatorie,
fasi Semifinali ed il Finale, scegliere i vincitori del concorso e l’assegnazione dei premi, come previsto dalle
norme e regolamenti, e partecipare alla serata di presentazione del Premio Assoluto “ Crystal of ART “.
I candidati ei loro rappresentanti non possono sollecitare ulteriori giustificazioni o spiegazioni da parte dei
membri della giuria, per quanto riguarda le decisioni della Giuria Internazionale.

diffusi on line e/o carta stampata (liberatoria ed il riconoscimento del diritto d’autore) di tutte le immagini
e/o materiale video, foto, supporti di stampa e materiale audio, che sarà registrato e usato attraverso tutte
le attività prima, durante e dopo l’evento World Festival Competition “Crystal of Art” 6-9 settembre 2017.
2. Termine per tutte le registrazioni, la conduzione di materiali audio e video, i cambiamenti in relazione
ai partecipanti, le creazioni e i moduli di domanda non saranno accettati al più tardi di 20 giorni prima
dell’inizio del Festival Concorso mondiale, a partire dalla data limite 16 Agosto 2017.
